Via a couple of email messages or a phone call, we’ll get an idea of what it is that you’d like to explore through sex coaching. Then we’ll set the first appointment.
Your first session is 75 minutes to allow for some preliminary discussion to chart a course for our coaching. After the first session, we’ll spend 50 minutes together each time.
More guys than ever are ready to talk about their sexuality and set goals to achieve and become what they want sexually. At the same time, we know that guys are also a little apprehensive because frankly there is almost no opportunity in our culture to know how to talk and express themselves sexually. We’re sensitive to that and give guys an opportunity to let us know what kinds of terms they’d like to use and where to start comfortably. Don’t worry, we’ve got you covered!
All sessions are talk sessions. There is no contact or nudity in talk sessions. For more on this also check out our FAQs.
The two first and most important things you’ll gain in sex coaching is how to talk confidently about your own sexuality and how to confidently set goals for yourself sexually. These things may seem very elementary but they’re actually revolutionary and counter-culture because we simply don’t talk about our own sex with intention and we also don’t give sex priority in our day-to-day life.
Beyond that, you drive the sessions through your desire for sexual growth and sexual skill and I drive the sessions through education and practice that you will do between sessions. Look here for a list of topics guys typically explore.
